All may register on-line at the NDIA event portal. You may use your current NDIA customer number, or if you don't have one the system will assign one to you.

Government Attendees

Registration is free for US Government Employees and active duty US military. Valid ID is required.

Meal Pass is available for $35 for the event for Government

Contractors do not qualify for Government Registration and must register as Industry

Non-US Allied Government attendees MUST register via Fax or e-mail using the above form.
Academia Attendees
- To qualify for Academia Registration you must be a full-time student or professor at an academic institution. Adjunct professors or part-time students who have full-time employment are not eligible.

REGISTRATION/CANCELLATION/COMMITMENT POLICY
For Government: Please consider your free registration as a commitment to attend. AFEI is committed to foster dialogue between Government and Industry on critical issues and offer free registration due to restrictions placed on travel and event attendance. We ask our ”no fee” registered colleagues to place the same importance on attending the event as if payment was made as it does impact key elements to the events learning objectives and outreach.
REGISTRATION POLICY
The Pre-registration process will close Wednesday, May 28th.
You may register onsite unless otherwise notified on the website.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be in writing. A refund less $75.00 will be given until May 9th; after this date no refunds will be issued due to event logistics. Refunds will be processed after the event closes. Substitutions are welcome in lieu of a cancellation. There is a $25.00 change fee if a financial change is made. Requests for substitutions must be made in writing to Tammy Kicker ([email protected]).
