Academia Attendees
- To qualify for Academia Registration you must be a full-time student or professor at an academic institution. Adjunct professors or part-time students who have full-time employment are not eligible.

- Attendees from AFEI member companies and members of NDIA and its other affiliates may register at the Member Rate.

REGISTRATION/CANCELLATION/COMMITMENT POLICY
For Government: Please consider your free registration as a commitment to attend. AFEI is committed to foster dialogue between Government and Industry on critical issues and offer free registration due to restrictions placed on travel and event attendance. We ask our ”no fee” registered colleagues to place the same importance on attending the event as if payment was made as it does impact key elements to the events learning objectives and outreach.
REGISTRATION POLICY
Registration is first come, first served. On-line registration process will close Tuesday, March 10 by 12 PM. After the Online pre-registration period closes , you may register onsite by paper form.
Once room capacity is reached registrants will placed on a wait-list and notified if space becomes available.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be in writing. No refunds can be given for cancellation. Substitutions are welcome in lieu of a cancellation. There is a $25.00 change fee if a financial change is made. Requests for substitutions must be made in writing to Tammy Kicker ([email protected]).
