The Plugfest eXchange (PX Enrollment)
How to Participate
Exhibiting companies may participate in the DI2E Plugfest in one of two ways:
1. Connect their servers to the Plugfest eXchange (PX) through an IPsec VPN tunnel or;
2. Host capabilities in the Plugfest eXchange (PX) cloud.
In either case, participating organizations must agree to the Plugfest eXchange Terms of Participation and assure all users are US citizens. Each participating company needs to provide a key Technical Representative to manage your organization’s capabilities that are made available through the Plugfest eXchange.

The DD2345 Process
Plugfest participants must have completed the JCP process and provide the appropriate signed DD2345 form allowing vendors to access unclassified technical data.
The agency now has an online fillable form that vendors need to complete plus an associated checklist so that vendors may track to ensure completion of the agency's outlined process.
This process is faster than mailing; However, in order to expedite your request, it is suggested to call once your form is submitted for review and request the expedite.
