Purpose
A discussion with two senior DoD leaders of the changing IT policy towards adoption of Agile, and the challenges of applying EVM to acquisitions that are now employing Agile methods.

DoD is recognizing the need, spurred on by budget reductions and sequestration impacts, to accelerate adoption of acquisition methods that lower cost. With the added benefit of improving quality, Agile methods seem to be gaining much more acceptance in DoD acquisition community. Attend and discuss with the speakers progress to date and remaining challenges.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be in writing. No refunds will be
given for cancellation. Substitutions are welcome in lieu of
a cancellation. There is a $25.00 change fee if a financial
change is made. Requests for substitutions must be made in
