 Ed Bush

As Vice President of C4ISR Networked Systems (CNS), Ed Bush has responsibility for all C4ISR Enterprise and Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) mission processing programs within NGES that are executed in Baltimore, Maryland: Boulder, Colorado; Aurora, Colorado; Colorado Springs, Colorado; Dayton, Ohio; and Azusa, California. His programs integrate information from space, airborne and surface sensing systems and support a variety of intelligence community, DoD and missile defense customers. His organization is responsible for upfront studies and concepts development, the development and integration of systems, training course development and world-wide continuing operations support of deployed systems. He has full executive responsibilities for program execution and new business planning, and executive management of all NGES Colorado sites.

Mr. Bush joined Northrop Grumman in 2002, following a distinguished career with both Hughes Aircraft Company and with Raytheon.  He progressed from a System Engineer to Vice President at Hughes Space Systems operations in Aurora, Colorado.  At Raytheon, Mr. Bush held positions as Director of Systems and Network Operations; as Director of the Denver Regional Engineering Organization; and as Vice President for the Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Strategic Business Area.

Mr. Bush received a bachelor’s degree in Physics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, a master’s degree in Physics from the University of California at Los Angeles, and an Engineers degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California. Mr. Bush is also a graduate of The General Management Program at Harvard University.

Ed and his wife, Judy, have three daughters and reside in Sykesville, Maryland.
