Judy L. Smith has over 30 years experience in key management, advisory and leadership positions providing support to agencies within the Department of Defense.  She currently serves as the Vice President of Business Development for Information Systems at the ITT Corporation.  Ms. Smith previously served as Director of Operations and Competitiveness within the Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Systems Division of Northrop Grumman Electronics Systems Sector.  She has also held leadership positions at Lockheed Martin, GTE, and Booz Allen Hamilton.  Ms. Smith received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from The Johns Hopkins University and her MBA from the University of Baltimore.
