 The DEAA Awards Program 

The Defense Enterprise Architecture Awards were begun in 2008 to honor individuals and organizations making progress in using architecture to deliver capabilities to the warfighters serving this country. These awards are given jointly by AFEI and the Office of the DoD Chief Information Officer, Enterprise Architecture and Standards Directorate.

The purpose of these awards is to recognize the significant contributions and achievements of organizations in advancing the practice of enterprise architecture to enable the achievement of mission success in all operations of the Department:  war-fighting, business and intelligence.
 

2012 Schedule


Nominations open: Week of November 15, 2011
Submission Deadline: Friday, January 20, 2012
Finalists notified: Week of March 12, 2012
Awards ceremony: Tuesday, May 1, 2012 at the DoD Enterprise Architecture Conference in Miami, FL 

Nominations received after the submission deadline will NOT be considered, no exceptions.
