Nominations must be made electronically using the AFEI Nomination Form. These forms may be obtained by e-mailing a request to Betsy Lauer (blauer@afei.org) beginning Wednesday, June 16.
Note: The request must contain the name and organization of the person(s) requesting the nomination, plus the project title which helps avoid duplicative requests and submissions. Nominations must apply to recent projects. Completed forms must be submitted no later than COB, Friday, August 13, 2010.
