Nominations must be made electronically using the AFEI Nomination Form. These forms may be obtained by e-mailing a request to Betsy Lauer (blauer@afei.org) beginning Monday, June 8.
Note: The request must contain the name and organization of the person(s) requesting the nomination, plus the project title. Nominations must apply to recent projects. Completed forms must be submitted no later than COB, Friday, July 31, 2009
