AFEI is committed to continuing to foster dialog between Government and Industry on critical issues. Because of the restrictions in place on travel and conference attendance, we offer U.S. Government (civilian) employees and Active Duty U.S. Military the opportunity to attend events at no charge. We are happy to do so to foster information exchanges, but we ask our Government colleagues to place the same importance on attending the event as if they had paid to be there.

This registration is for U.S. active duty military, or civilian government or a full-time employee of an academic organization. Military/Government Employee or Academic Institution ID badge must be shown at time of registration check-in. This offer does not apply to
on-site contractors or part-time/adjunct academic instructors who are bona-fide employees of business organizations.

(A $20.00 Refreshment Contribution will be accepted from those Government employees who must cover the cost of refreshments to attend.)

Registration will close COB Tuesday, January 7th. Be sure to register prior to January 8th. At this time, no onsite registration will be available due to the meeting venue and credentialing verification prior to attendee arrival.
Registrations will not be taken over the phone; payment must be made at the time of registration.
A valid form of employee identification will be requested to confirm registration type and pickup attendee badge.
No refunds will be given for cancellations due to the timeliness of this event. Substitutions are welcome in lieu of cancellations, as long as there is no financial transaction. All substitutions and cancellations must be made in writing to Tammy Kicker at AFEIevents@afei. A $25 fee will be applied for those needing to exchange forms of payment.
Cutoff dates are required to enable us to make necessary binding financial commitments in advance of the event based on the number of registered attendees.
