Purpose

VersionOne will present the results of their 9th annual State of Agile survey of nearly 4,000 agile practitioners. The presentation will touch on:

  • Benefits of agile
  • How to measure agile success
  • Top tips for scaling agile
  • Why agile projects fail
  • The most popular agile tools

Lean Coffee Session - BYOT (Bring Your Own Topics)

Following the presentation we will organize a Lean Coffee Session. Lean Coffee is a structured, but agenda-less meeting. Participants gather, build an agenda, and begin talking.

Bring your ideas or issues and discuss them with the group.
