Sequestration, Emerging Opportunities and Threats

Budget realities, especially in light of impending sequestration cuts, will greatly impact the plans of a host of IT initiatives including public/private cloud infrastructure, mobility, big data and analytics across the Federal government. 

At the same time, Federal IT leaders are calling for more innovation, but are struggling with adoption of emerging commercial technologies.  Government and industry leaders discuss the new landscape and their evolving priorities.
