Information Sharing in a Contested Cyber Domain, Post-Wikileaks

What will be the ultimate impact of Wikileaks on information sharing initiatives?  Many think that the impact will help drive information sharing into a standards-based approach with strong policy foundations.  The unfortunate Wikileaks incident points to establishing fundamentally sound and responsible information sharing policies and procedures.  Information is most powerful when it is both shared in a timely manner and protected.

This can only happen in the real world when there is the necessary degree of commonality provided across standards, architecture, policy, governance, and most of all – implementation.

This conference digs deep into how agencies such as PM-ISE, DoD, DHS and DNI are collaborating in specific areas to make information sharing a reality given the various outcomes of what happens with Wikileaks in the post-insider threat environment of today.
