The Big Idea

Emerging enterprise infrastructure, application and development platforms are shortening the time-to-capability deployment and increasing agility while increasing competition and innovation, and impacting cost of ownership. They also offer unique security challenges that must be addressed.

The accelerating adoption of new development platforms is having significant impact across the Department. The conference will bring into clear focus emerging DoD infrastructure, application and product platforms in areas such as:

  • Next Generation End User Computing
  • Virtualization & Cloud
  • Mobility and Wireless
  • Security and Interoperability of Web-based Applications
  • Open Technologies & Security
  • Agile Software Development
  • Private Sector Industry Best Practices

Purpose

Discuss innovations and the impact on efficiency in information environments, hear testimonials on the results of introducing innovation, and provide dialog between government and industry on the
opportunities afforded by transforming DoD IT.

Registration Policy
Please do not fax or mail any registrations after May 27, 2011.  After this date, bring your registration form with you to the conference for onsite registration.  Registrations will not be taken over the phone; payment must be made at the time of registration.  

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests received before May 20, 2011 will receive a full refund.  Cancellation requests received between May 21 and May 27 will receive a refund less a $75.00 transaction fee.   No refunds will be given for cancellations received after May 28, 2011.  Substitutions are welcome in lieu of cancellations. All substitutions and cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected].
